  3. Offer is only open to Australian & New Zealand residents. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, participating distributors and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to claim.
  4. Promotion opens 1/02/10 and closes 30/04/10 ("Promotion Period"). All claims must be received by 5/05/10.
  5. Claimants must purchase a RangeMax Wireless MIMO G Modem Router (DG834PN) during the Promotion Period to qualify for the bonus. Bonus is a Wireless MIMO G USB adapter (WPN111).
  6. Offer limited to one claim per purchase. Each claim must be made on a correctly completed official claim form via the website (http://www.netgear.com.au/au/promotions or http://www.netgear.co.nz/nz/Promotions), be accompanied by an electronic copy of the receipt verifying purchase of the DG834PN during the Promotion Period along with a photo of the bottom of the DG834PN showing the Serial Number via the NETGEAR website.
  7. Please allow 8-10 weeks from receipt of the claim form by the Promoter for delivery of the bonus.
  8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim, which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
