  1. Information on how to claim and redeem form part of these terms and conditions.
  2. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
  3. Offer is only open to Australian residents. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, participating distributors and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to claim.
  4. Promotion opens 1 April 2009 and closes 31st December 2009 or while stocks last ("Promotion Period"). All claims must be received by received by 10th January 2010.
  5. Claimants must purchase a Digital Entertainer (EVA8000) during the Promotion Period to qualify for the bonus. Bonus is a Powerline 85Mbps Bundle (XETB1001).
  6. Offer limited to one claim per purchase. Each claim must be made on a correctly completed official claim form via the website (www.netgear.com.au/au/Promotions), be accompanied by an electronic copy of the receipt verifying purchase of the Digital Entertainer (EVA8000) during the Promotion Period with serial number and barcode via the NETGEAR website.
  7. Please allow 8-10 weeks from receipt of the claim form by the Promoter for delivery of the bonus.
  8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim, which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail and/or claims.
  10. By making a claim, unless otherwise advised by the claimant, each claimant consents to the information they submit with their claim being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the claimant. All personal details of the claimants will be stored at the office of the Promoter. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office.
